Billing and restore
Open Worth plan and use Restore purchase. Purchases, subscription cancellation and refunds are managed by Google Play. Include the Worth version and Play response in your request; never send card details.
Notifications
Check Worth Settings → Notifications, Android notification permission, battery restrictions and the subscription’s reminder offsets.
Usage analysis
Pro usage analysis requires separate Android Usage Access. Worth analyzes supported app activity for the previous 30 days and does not read app content.
Imports and OCR
Select a clear receipt or subscription screenshot. Review every recognized field before saving. Processing is on device, but OCR results can be imperfect.
Sync and family
Google sign-in and Firestore sync are optional. Family spaces use a shareable join code. Do not post join codes publicly.
Privacy and deletion
Use in-app controls to delete all local data and, separately, the signed-in personal cloud copy. For a verified privacy request, contact worth@corelabs.app.
What to include
- Worth version name and version code
- Android version and device model
- Exact steps and expected/actual result
- A screenshot with personal information removed
Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, full receipts, family join codes or sensitive financial details.
